Behavior Technician

Phillicia Bacchus earned her bachelors in Speech-Language Pathology/Audiology from Iona College in New Rochelle, New York in 2015 and is currently enrolled in the Masters of Social Work program at Gallaudet University in Washington D.C. She has experience in home-based settings working with youth and families from diverse backgrounds. In her free time, she enjoys running and hiking with her dog.
In the future she hopes to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing culturally-sensitive services to children, adults, and their families.

Diana Bruno, B.S., BCaBA

Behavior Technician

Diana Bruno is originally a New Jersey native who went on to receive her bachelor's degree in psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Georgian Court University. After a close family member was diagnosed with ASD this sparked her interest to work with children with special needs. She has experience working in the classroom setting and is excited to be branching out and working with clients more closely in the home setting. Her hobbies include drawing, baking, listening and singing along to music. She is greatly interested in researching and learning more about verbal behavior. In the near future, she aspires to earn her master's degree in either  Applied Behavior Analysis or special education so that she can obtain her BCBA certification in order to better assist families seeking behavioral services.

Katherine Lynch, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA

​Katherine, also known as Kat, has been in the field of Special Education for over 10 years.  She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from George Mason and her Master of Education in Early Childhood Special Education from Vanderbilt University, where she also completed her BCBA coursework and internships. After 5 years working in public and private schools, she switched to providing exclusively home-based services.  Her approach is research-based and interdisciplinary.  Research interests include effective supervision of classroom staff implementing ABA and Organizational Bebavhior Management. In her spare time, she enjoys dancing and participating in church activities with her family. Someday, she hopes to earn a doctorate in Special Education and open a private school for children with special needs.
